I loved hanging out with Olivia, she’s kind, soft, hard working and super smart. Olivia was crowned Miss Universe Australia in 2017 and on top of that is a successful speech pathologist and artist. Her art is awesome and we both have a mutual love from Mexican folk art and bright skulls. One of my favourite things about Olivia is her passion about speaking about mental health and he past battle with an eating disorder. She’s open, clear and honest. And willing to share her past struggles in order to help others. I really hope you gain something from this chat, i know i did, Olivia you inspired me to start drawing again and being creative.

It was such a pleasure to sit down with the girls who created One Two agency, i have been lucky enough to be working with them from the very beginning so to celebrate them on this podcast was so nice, I’ve been wanting to have them on the podcast for a few months now. You’ll hear me fan girl in the episode. Max is awesome. I discovered pretty early in the podcast that he’s a Capricorn which explains a lot. First of all he’s an earth sign (which I love), grounded, no BS and hard working. His brain is practical, he does the work, and doesn’t get hung up on a dream or false reality. He said “I’m only as good as my last job” and admits to being extremely hard on himself. It’s a testament to his success and growth in the industry not only as a makeup artist but as his own brand.

Max talks a lot about his craft, and he’s had no formal training but was always a painter and drawer and had studied photography so he had a natural eye for it. As you listen to him, he describes makeup more as art than anything else, he describes a women’s face as his canvas and loves working with strong women. Max May was an absolute pleasure to sit down and chat with, he’s open, direct and has a sense of clarity about him. Rachael Finch in one word is kindness. She radiates the moment she steps into the room. I’ve ben lucky enough to know Rach for about 5 years or so now, and she’s always been the same. So lovely, kind, welcoming and light. She’s such a go getting, and her plate is full with 2 (super cute) bambinos Violet and Dom, she’s a wife, model, TV presenting, ambassador for huge brands like Myer and she owns and runs her own companies: Kissed earth collagen, KYND scents, BOD active wear, and the health and wellness program bodybyfinch. How on earth does she do it? Well she credited her team mate in life, her husband Michael whom she met on the set of dancing with the stars. We get a little glimpse into the romance too as she shares their first dates and how they fell in love. Rach also opened up about her own battles with self-doubt, self worth, self confidence and second guessing herself. It was so refreshing to hear this powerhouse of a woman say she still has moments when she questions and doubts herself. She’s human and so passionate about growing and her own personal development journey. Rachael Finch was was an honour to sit down and chat with you. And when I got back to my hotel room later that day there was a little pressie waiting for me; she’d stocked me up with my favourite Kissed Earth collagen powder. SEASON WRAP UP WITH BOSSO

What a season, we’ve had some incredible guests in season 3 and in this episode we chat about a few highlights. This season we were lucky enough to interview Australian beauty and Miss Universe Tegan Martin, extreme endurance athlete Jackie Bell, environmentalist Tim Silverwood (creator of Take 3 for the sea) and many others, from people in the media industry to world leaders in yoga and meditation. 

In this season we also launch a 6 part mindfulness meditation series and each epidote includes a meditation practice so please go back and listen to these as often as you’d like, i personally have found them so helpful with managing my stress and anxiety. 

Bosso and i sat down to record this 2 weeks ago so we do touch on the current climate and how the world is currently in total lockdown in a bid to battle COVID-19.

AARON SMYTH is such a talented human; he’s a dancer, director and actor. He has trained and danced all over the world, moving to New York when he was just 17 to join the American Ballet Theatre. Aaron started dancing when he was just 8 years old and still remembers falling in love with dance then. He’s since been on both Americas Got Talent and Australia’s Got Talent (he came 3rd in the Aussie show). Since then he’s dancer for Michelle Obama (as you do) and even been in the Disney movie “The Nutcracker” with Morgan Freeman and Keira Knightly, and yep he’s trailer as opposite Keira’s! 

We’ve sped up the release of this episode because due to Corona virus i didn’t get to see Aaron in Billy Elliot (my ticket was for the night we need up recording this episode) and he shared as a creative and performer how he went form sell out shows to being told at 11:30pm after a show that they wouldn’t be coming back to perform this show again, and to pack up his room and head home. Aaron has such a positive outlook even in these confronting times, i hope this episode inspires you as much as it did me. Mega love.

Now more than ever, it could possibly be the hardest but most important time to tap into positivity, happiness and gratitude. This Aussie TV and radio presenter has been i the media game for yonks! starting in nickelodeon when he was a youngster and rising to fame as he became a host on polar music network Channel V. Kerley was and still is a bit of a prankster. We met at yoga teacher training and he as the guy who snuck a bottle of vodka into the retreat. Haha! i really hope you enjoy this open chat.
