Parenting comes with challenges.
For parents of children with autism, those challenges are unique, and developing strategies that work for everyone in the family can be a long and difficult process.
This is where positive behaviour support comes in. As the name suggests, the approach isn’t about punishments or consequences for challenging behaviours but instead looks to encourage children to behave in new ways.

A new book called You’ve Got This is here to help children understand that it’s ok to experience anxiety and what to do about it when they do.

Her film Embrace Kids is a must-see film for all children, encouraging them to see their bodies for what they can do, not what they look like.
