As parents, it often feels like our emotional needs are put last. So, we bury them, squishing them way down until we barely notice they’re there. But just like the adult on the plane who needs to secure their mask before tending to their children, we need to address our own s*%t so that we can be the best parents we can be.
Dr Rebecca Ray and Shevonne Hunt discuss how to recognise our triggers, and how to best manage them.
