Welcome to 2023, wild fam! Tune in as we explore our first full moon of this (Gregorian calendar) year falling in the sign of Cancer, the spiritual significance of this time and day (January 6th), and a special New Year Akashic Soul Nourishment reading for the collective!

I share some personal reflections of 2022, including major decisions, shifts, and surprises in my personal and professional life, celebrating some key milestones and manifestations.

We take a look at the deeper meaning of the past 12 days and 13 holy nights and January 6th marking Epiphany or Three Kings Day, and the liminal space provided for spiritual connection and deep introspection. As the Earth rhythmically breathes in and out through the seasons of the year, we find ourselves reflecting nature's season of in-breathing, as we experience the awakening of our own spiritual selves and internal world.

With the help of this Cancer full moon (as well as Mars and Mercury Retrograde upleveling some tension), this is a beautiful time to pause, reconnect to the spiritual realms, your Self, inner child, intuition, emotions wanting to surface, and all of the internal workings to set you up for astrological "go time" later in January for inner work and action.

I also share some of my favorite Cancer-related herbal allies that we can work with to support our nervous system, bellies, and sensibilities.

The energetics of the year 2023 point to themes of endings and beginnings, and our Akashic Guides elaborate on this pattern on the collective stage…

Tune in to this hybrid moon musing & intimate solocast about our Taurus Blood Moon + lunar eclipse as well as my personal journey with Rose as a powerful plant ally.

We're ALL feeling major transitions this season and I felt called to share a personal medicine story about my own big transition - a move back to my hometown of Chicago. We all have seen and unseen helpers and allies throughout our lives, and I'm talking about one that happens to align with this Blood Moon and the Venusian influence thru Taurus… that's rose. I hope it inspires you to work with the aligned allies in your life!

This lunation and eclipse is an opportunity for bringing closure and shifting us to higher states of consciousness. We talk about Taurus' earthy + sensual influence moving from complexity to simplicity, and Taurus' connection to the body according to medical astrology.

While there's definitely cosmic tension and purging/earthquake energy, we have the choice to cut the chains that have kept us bound and break free from old patterns.

In my personal chronicle with Rose, I share aspects of my journey that helped usher me into a deeper path of intuitive healership on a personal and professional level.

This might be the most critical conversation we've had on the podcast yet… we're speaking with Are Thoresen, Norwegian anthroposophist, author, veterinarian, acupuncturist and clairvoyant on the topic of demons and healing. His writing reveals his decades-long career in healing as well as his own spiritual experiences, encounters with elementals, and his deep understanding of spiritual streams.

Are's work has helped me understand so much of what I have experienced personally and professionally, through the Akashic Records, working with clients and throughout my life.
