Feed Your Wild- Intuitive Healing, Akashic Records, Astrology for Healers, Holistic Healing

Feeling the heat with today's Leo New Moon musing on the Feed Your Wild podcast along with a mini Akashic channeling.

Today's new moon is the "big hair, don't care" freshness we've been needing!

I cover influences from Uranus North Node conjunction (raising our collective destiny) + Jupiter (expansive) on Leo's heart medicine making this moon all about heartfelt self-expression, inner confidence, abundance, joy, creativity and expansive growth. Where is your current life path and dance taking you? This moon wants us to BE our fullest selves, stepping into compassionate leadership of our lives, soul-led, heart-forward. It's time to stop playing small and hiding, this new moon invites us to say yes to our bigness, our gifts, and our audacious visions. We also highlight some plant allies and tarot archetypes that connect with Leo and the heart. An auspicious time to step out of whatever closet you're in and into the light to share your gifts with the world, unapologetically.

From our Akashic Guides:

"Revolution is what we are painting.

Not by numbers, but by grace.

And forgiveness.

And acceptance.

Full hearted, not foolhardy." Tune in for more.

Themes include: Heart energy, gifts of Leo, stepping out of closet, heart coherence, Rose + fire medicine, raising our collective destiny, clarity, big love as transformative healing power.

I also talk about an exciting new way I'm being called to support the collective…

The Wildly Intuitive Practitioner Pathway:

I'm opening applications for this 6 month group mentorship and practitioner mastermind for healers and helpers who are ready to step out of the spiritual closet, expand their intuitive gifts, and go from struggling empath/conventional practitioner to New Earth Intuitive Healer.

We're on another "walkie talkie moon walk" connecting into today's Capricorn Full Super Moon musing and have a short impromptu Akashic channeling for you.

Today's full super moon may feel heavy handed alongside Pluto's potent influence but Capricorn's resilience as the seagoat will have us traversing big mountains, seas, and conversations with resilience and skill, if we tune into our bones.

I cover influences from Pluto (heavy, transformative) and Mercury (communication), how to utilize this energy and cosmic support for releasing and confronting in the most aligned and healing way. I share a Capricornian physical challenge I'm dealing with on a personal level and how I'm navigating it. We also connect with the tarot archetypes that represent Capricorn and how to work with them this week and beyond. A beautiful time to re-story the dis-ease and re-store the medicine carried in your bones.

From our Akashic Guides:

"Let your song be sung from the depths of your bones… for it is a song unsung that is the greatest of all tragedies." Tune in for more.

Themes include: Release work, transformation, bone medicine, your song, alignment opportunities, compassionate confrontation.

Hold on to your hats, sailors! We're riding through today's Cancer New Moon musing and have a special Akashic channeling for you.

We cover this lovely new moon + sensitive Cancer energy alongside Neptune's continued foggy influence and invitation for us to connect more deeply with our intuition, Truth and Higher Power. I cover influences from Black Moon Lilith (raw, instinctive, wild) and how it relates to turmoil in the US political scene lately, as well as how we can utilize these present forces within our personal lives. I also share a tarot card pull that illuminates continued themes of judgment and awakenings.

From our Akashic Guides:

"The waves are tumultuous indeed…

The salty waters flowing with a fierceness that only deep sea sailors know and fear.

The turbulent water elementals are here to cleanse and clear your murkiness, for clarity and renewal… Peace amidst a storm, you ask?" Tune in for more.

Themes include: New moon invitations, Black Moon Lilith, emotional waves, intuition vs illusion, Roe vs Wade, power plays, sovereignty, higher perspectives, & Awakening.

Join me on a "walkie talkie" in this experimental episode covering today's Sagittarius Full Super Moon! In this less polished, more raw channeling type of conversation, we're taking a nature walk together and chatting about this beautiful super moon + Sagittarius energy alongside Neptune's foggy influence and invitation for us to connect more deeply with our intuition and Truth. I also share personal musings on what I've been channeling lately and a message for the healers out there.

Themes include: Galactic Center, what is "healer", healer's heart work, intuitive exercises, & fox medicine.

I include some intuitive practice suggestions for a full moon ritual as well as a call to action for the healers to connect with their Truth.

We are celebrating this Mother's Day by channeling Divine Mama energy with Empress Karen M. Rose!

Trained in Eastern and Western Herbal Medicine, Karen M. Rose created an outlet for her teachings and healing modalities with the opening of Brooklyn-based Sacred Vibes Healing and Sacred Vibes Apothecary in 2002. Her inspiration for this work began as a child in her native home of Guyana, where she was exposed to how African, Caribbean and Latin American traditions profoundly influenced plant medicine and community healing. The legacy of these lands is the foundation of Karen's spiritual and healing practice.

In this conversation, we cover her book The Art & Practice of Spiritual Herbalism, Karen's history growing up in relationship with plants where there was no separation of Spirit, and how she weaves that into her work today.

We talk about Mal de Ojo, or the evil eye, and the importance of energetic and spiritual protection for babies, as well as related physical symptoms, such as colic.

Karen shares some of the biggest challenges that she sees in her community and mothers, and why it's critical to weave in medicine as part of your daily life. She talks about how incorporating the rituals of food and medicine into daily practice with children can be a form of self-care and self mothering.

We also touch on the topic of Orishas - what they are, their importance in nature and medicine, and the Orishas connected to Mother such as Yemaya.

Karen weaves in ways to tend to our mother wounds and learn to nurture and Self-mother our selves, including her favorite plant allies to support Mothers.

We touch on racial disparity in maternal health outcomes, the resilience and strength of black women and populations, and how to tap into these generational gifts for healing.

Karen shares how she works with her own ancestors and plants to connect with her generational resilience and gifts, and so much more.

In the intro, I reference my upcoming group mentorship for healers and helpers who are ready to step out of the spiritual closet, expand their intuitive gifts, and go from conventional practitioner to New Earth Intuitive Healer.

Are you feelin' the urge to emerge too? With this full moon in Libra and "dark feminine" vibes rising up with the influence of Eris, this episode flavored with themes of life & death and initiations of womxn seems fitting.

We're re-living our #UNFILTERED moon musing moments today when herbalist, functional nutritionist & dearest friend Megan Liebmann joins me back on the podcast to talk about the crazy ride that was 2020-2021.

We get personal as we chat about our mirrored experiences over the past couple of years, as each of us have been ushered into radical initiations and faced with the humbling realities and nature of life and death cycles. We reveal what has been deeply nourishing in these transformative times and share about our upcoming series of conversations for the wild-hearted practitioner…

You can look forward to talks on slow medicine, intuitive practices, and what it means to truly hold space + practice healing arts in integrity and reciprocity with the Earth, cosmos, & spirit.
