In this episode we welcome the two times Mountain Running World Champion, Grayson Murphy, otherwise known as Racin Grayson. Grayson didn’t find running until a little later in life, at university, and has now gone on to be one of the best runners in the world. Grayson is not only an amazing trail runner, but she has also achieved some pretty amazing results on the track and the road too. We chat to Grayson about her running career, as well as her pure passion for the sport, and her desire to help more women to be seen the running space too.

This week we have the amazing Annika Pfitzinger on the pod. Anni is a kiwi runner who grew up with two very successful running parents. Her father, Pete, represented the US in the ‘84 and ‘88 Olympics for the marathon and mother, Christine, ran for NZ at the ‘88 Olympics. Anni excelled at running through her teenage years and early twenties, but over the last 5 years has suffered severe health challenges. Thankfully Anni has come back stronger than ever and recently placed second at the New Zealand Cross Country champs. We can't wait for you to hear her story of strength and resilience.
