In this episode we are excited to welcome the incredible Colleen Quigley. Colleen has not only won the US 3000m steeplechase title, but also placed 8th at the 2016 Rio Olympics, alongside many other extremely inspiring results. Colleen (or steeple squigs as some of you may know her by) is also now competing in the sport of triathlon. But what we love most about Colleen is her drive to inspire more young girls and women to stay in sport - something we touch on in this episode.

In this episode we welcome back to the pod our incredible Femmi expert, Dr Izzy Smith. Dr Izzy is an Australian based doctor working in endocrinology and is part of our medical expert team, guiding femmi on all things womens health. In this episode we deep dive into contraception for women and the pros and cons of the differing forms of it, from the oral contraceptive pill (or the OCP) through to the different IUDs.
