The Fighter vs. The Writer returns with UFC legend Matt Brown and MMA Fighting senior reporter Damon Martin previewing UFC 297 including the main event fight between Sean Strickland and Dricus du Plessis.

The trash talk between the fighters has gotten rather ugly but have these two actually crossed a line that has been so dramatically blurred in the UFC in recent months? Brown offers his opinion on the difference between entertaining trash talk and hateful comments.

Brown will also address a potential fight against Jim Miller at UFC 300 after that was mentioned as a possibility after UFC Vegas 84 this past weekend. Of course, Brown loves the idea but he also reveals for the first time that the fight — assuming the UFC books it — could end up being the final bout of his career.
