Josephina is one of the co-creators and executive producers of the award-winning horror anthology Hi-8: Horror Independent Eight. She co-created Hi-Death, the sequel to Hi-8 and co-wrote Cold Read. After co-founding in 2004, she co-runs Nightfall Pictures production company, with husband, writer/director Brad Sykes.
