An intentional yet kind individual, Cole Ordiway loves helping people. His years in high school education provide a platform to educate and walk alongside homeowners and homebuyers through the ever-changing real estate market in the mountains of Western North Carolina.

He and his wife moved from rural northwestern PA in 2016 to chase the beauty and adventure of the mountains; they stayed because of the people, culture, and climate of the area. They absolutely love the mountains and specifically, Hendersonville where they reside with their two kids, Eden and Shepherd. When he's not helping buyers & sellers with their needs, Cole is found hanging out with his family, hiking, mountain biking, and being outdoors as much as possible.
