Do you wish you were a part of a group that is on a similar journey as yours. And the people of this group totally understand your mission and your problems and encourages you to push your boundaries and celebrate your success? That's your tribe. On this episode I am gonna talk about what exactly is a tribe, why should you be part of it and how you can contribute to your tribe. The reason I am doing this is because last weekend, I attended one of the most amazing events of my life called Lifeplugin Summit in Shimla. On this event, about 140 people deeply passionate about personal growth and continuous learning just like me came together for three days of learning from the teachers and each other. The connections that we shared, the energy and vibe of that event just blew my mind. After that event, I came back not only feeling more inspired and more hungry for my personal growth but with a group of people whom I can call my family. They are as passionate as I am about personal growth. That;s what a tribe is. Seth Godin put it very beautiful when he wrote: "A tribe is a group of people connected to one another, connected to a leader, and connected to an idea. For millions of years, human beings have been part of one tribe or another. A group needs only two things to be a tribe: a shared interest and a way to communicate." If you are an entrepreneur find the tribe of entrepreneurs who have hunger and drive as you have. If you are a writer find a community where writers come together to talk about their failures and successes. Just go out there and find a community around what you love. If you can't find one- be a leader- Start one. This helps you in staying focused on your goal and learn from each other.
