This week on the Finding Flow Podcast, Ryan Sprague joins us to talk about all things cannabis! Speaking from personal experience & with a background in the field, Ryan fills us in on the magic that comes along with using the plant medicine while debunking stigmas along the way. We further discuss uses + misuses of the plant, how to understand it's energetic blueprint (& why this is important), along with the power of setting intentions & using cannabis "re-creationally." Whether you consider yourself to be a long-time user or simply someone who is curious in seeing what the plant has to offer, there's no doubt in my mind that this episode will leave you with some implications for use & integration.

In this week's episode, Wellness Embodiment Coach, Rachel Katz, joins me on the Finding Flow Podcast for a healing conversation in which we discuss the journey of finding peace with food & releasing the illusion of control it held over us for far too long.
With the seemingly endless fad diets, exercise regimens, & wellness 'hacks' that exist on the internet, it can be easy to let the little voices creep in that tell you you need to change. And while sometimes change is necessary, it's also important to make changes that are in alignment with what feels good & true in YOUR body! Tune in to this girls chat to get the inside scoop on how to take steps toward healing your relationship with food (& why you should be doing so). We hope you enjoy this one just as much as we do!

This week my boyfriend, Collin Marshall, joins me on the pod to talk about the importance of baby steps when it comes to cultivating a health & wellness routine or taking steps towards personal growth. In today's day & age, there is SO much information coming at us from all angles at high speeds & it can be easy to end up feeling overwhelmed with information overload. Where do you start? What do you do? What shouldn't you do? AGH! So many choices, so many possibilities, & no right answer. At the end of the day, YOU are the only one who knows what's best for you. But if you need a place to start, let it be this episode. Together, Collin & I discuss the many lessons that have been learned about tuning in to our bodies, along with our #1 tips + tricks that have allowed us to find flow in our own lives. I hope you enjoy this one just as much as we do!

This week we have my boyfriend, Collin Marshall, joining us on the Finding Flow podcast to discuss some recent breakthroughs & realizations we have had surrounding the concept of mindfulness & meditation. Just the other day, Collin & I went on a hike that forced me to get real with myself & work through internal battles that were unexpected. And while it was challenging, it was also the most beautiful experience that led to new understandings related to the parallels between yoga & other outdoor activities. In this episode, we share with you lessons that were learned throughout our time in mother nature, along with some beautiful reminders to support you in cultivating a consistent & sustainable mindfulness practice. We hope you enjoy this one just as much as we do!

You ask, & we listen! This week my boyfriend, Collin, joins us on the Finding Flow podcast to talk allllll about healthy communication in both, relationships & friendships alike. You see, communication has the ability to make-or-break a conversation & is ultimately what dictates the outcome of the energy between the people involved. And I know you might be thinking... "no shit" but, seriously! Think about it. So often we get caught up in stories of the mind, especially when it comes to difficult conversations (& ESPECIALLY when loved ones are involved), which typically leads to communication that stems from a place of defense. However, when you communicate from a place of the 5 components of healthy communication, as explained in today's episode, you might just find the dynamics change & potentially even work in your favor.

This week, we welcome my beautiful teacher & mentor, Jane Lyon, on to the Finding Flow Podcast to discuss our journeys in the world of body love & yoga healing. In this episode, Jane and I discuss our opinions on the root cause reasons related to the commonality of eating disorders + body dysmorphia in young women, along with how these reasons have shaped the relationship(s) we have with food & movement today. We also dive into how cultivating these relationship(s) with Self relate back to the yoga world & how this ancient practice has provided us both with the opportunity for new perspective when it comes to the way we see & honor our bodies ♡

This week on the pod, we have @shannoncoaching join us to talk all about mindset & the concept of being seen as "delusional" / making "delusional" decisions on the way to getting what you want. You see, life comes with inevitable challenges, difficulties, & bumps in the road that throw us off track but at the end of the day, it is up to US to choose how we view these circumstances. So... Will you choose to be the victim & experience the same old, same old day in & day out? Or, will you choose to step into your power as a co-creator & see the beauty / neutrality of every day life?
I hope you enjoy this one just as much as we did! Xo

On this week's SOLO episode, I show up in a real, raw, & vulnerable state to share some of the lessons I am currently learning when it comes to self-compassion -- Something that is easier said than done, in my opinion. Specifically, I share with you the 3 main components of self-compassion along with how you can implement each one when it comes to dealing with the inevitable challenges of life. Because let's be honest, we all have inner demons. I hope you enjoy this chatty episode & are able to take a thing or two away!
