Alex cofounded Erbs Management Group in 2020.  He serves as the President, managing the day-to-day operations and continual business development.  Erbs Management Group is a family-owned and operated company with years of experience in owning, managing, acquiring, and developing storage facilities across the Midwest, specifically in secondary and tertiary markets.  Erbs Management Group has 26 facilities under management in 5 different states. In the coming years, Erbs Management is looking to expand its hybrid style of third party management by at least doubling the size of its portfolio and continuing to assist its owners in expanding and developing their current assets
