You can't cast a line anywhere...
This applies to hiring your employees and scaling your small business too! Scaling begins with hiring. There are a lot of wrong ways to grab your future employee's attention and casting a wide net isn't always the best idea. You need to go grab their attention and really just sell your business to them. Getting through hiring is just the first step next you need a great onboarding process. Within Chris's business, it has been shown that having a strong and valuable onboarding keeps his employees within the business longer. Having that bad first taste may scare them off. This is just the start of scaling but hiring those stars and continuously recruiting will put you in front of the competition!
