Losing fat is one thing. Sustaining, on the other hand, is something totally different. It's arguably just as important as fat loss itself, though. Well, that is if you actually want to keep the results you achieve.
And I'm guessing you probably aren't putting in all the time, effort, and energy just to see it all disappear, right? Cool, me either. Since I've sustained my 100-pound weight loss for the past seven years, I thought I let you know how I've done that. That way, you understand what you need to know and do so you don't end up like a majority of frustrated people who lose and gain the same 20,30,50 pounds throughout their entire life...

And honestly, it's not as complicated as you may think. If a person like me, who hated running and cardio, can do then so can you!

I used to weigh over 300 lbs. I also had knee reconstructive surgery and was unable to comfortably run for over a year. And I just ran a marathon. I went from running 0 miles per week to running 26.2 in a single race.
And I got to this point over the course of just 4.5 months. In this podcast I'll share the story of why I decided to run a marathon and all the details about the actual race day.
If you're someone who's ever considered running or doing an event like a marathon then this episode will give you a little insight into what you can expect and maybe even inspire you enough to sign up for your own race!
