In this episode of Five @ Five, Dr. Rogers answers YOUR questions!
This week's questions:
1. Dr. Rogers - I read all of your articles and really appreciate your approach. I live in Kentucky, any suggestions on how I can find a similar doctor here?
2. What test do you use to check cortisol? Also, what about thyroid testing? Do you check anything besides T3 and T4?
3. I'm a 36 year old male and have always been active. I'm having trouble sleeping, stay fatigued at the gym, and I find myself getting irritable at work. Former athlete with his fair share of injuries. I'm just looking for help in those areas. How would you approach this as I'm 36?
4. I am currently taking ancestral supplements NDT (4 capsules). My last labs were incomplete but normal. I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's, am in menopause and have had weight gain. What do you think I should do?
5. Is there a specific time you recommend intermittent fasting (skipping your first or last meal of the day)?
