When you read the word “expectation,” what comes to mind? 

A feeling of hope? A sense of disappointment? Or a point of frustration?

Expectations- we’ve all got ‘em whether we want to or not- and that’s why I wanted to take time with fellow Wholehearted Coach Deanna Sudom to unpack the word expectation specifically in light of the holiday season.
