A fluid relationship is not trapped within the confines of non-monogamy. Instead, a fluid relationship inherently has the full range of freedom to shift across the continuum, from extreme monogamy on one end to extreme non-monogamy on the other end, as life changes. Its arguable that such relationships have the greatest ability to adapt to emotions and needs, and thus the highest ability to survive over time.
