What a weekend of footy!!! Dyl, Brett and Mick were in fine form as we discussed all the big talking points from the first week of the finals. We debuted a new segment, made some big selection calls and had to deal with a very upset producer.

This week on Dyl & Friends I’m joined by absolute weapon Sarah Rowe!

Sarah’s story is wild. She grew up in Ireland tearing it up in Gaelic footy and soccer, represented her country, and then one day packed her bags and came all the way to Australia to have a crack at AFLW with Collingwood. Since then she’s gone on to juggle not one, not two, but three bloody sports at the elite level - footy, soccer, Gaelic. Nuts!

We chat about what it was like moving across the world chasing a dream, the ups and downs of playing in a league that’s still growing, the pressure of injuries and comebacks, and how she keeps her head screwed on through it all. Plus, a heap of laughs about life off the field, what it's like in her home country of Ireland, and what actually makes her tick outside of sport.

Such an inspiring chat with someone who’s tough, humble and just loves competing. Can’t wait for you all to hear it! Ily xx

This week on Dyl & Friends I’m joined by one of the most exciting young athletes in the world, Val Guseli!

At just 20, Val’s already on track to become Australia’s greatest ever male snowboarder and he’s only just getting started. We chat about his insane rise through the sport from a super young age, what it was like having his dad as his coach (and biggest supporter), some of the brutal injuries he’s had to bounce back from, and how he keeps calm when the stakes are sky high. Off the board, we get into what Val loves to do away from snowboarding, and of course, the huge build up to the 2026 Winter Olympics where he’s tipped to make history.

An incredible chat with a seriously impressive young bloke. Can’t wait to watch him fly over the next few years! Enjoy fam xx
