Yesss welcome back to another weekend preview Faffers!
Another big ep for you all today, highlighted by our new Thursday staple, Brett's power rankings (with a new edition)! Following this, Brett also ranked his top 5 Simpson's characters which allowed Dyl to go on a massive tangent. Away from this, Mick went into Dyl territory and tried to call and ex-teammate and we still found time to preview all the upcoming games this weekend.
Enjoy!

Yessss welcome back Faffers!
We had a huge episode today, headlined by arguably our biggest guest of the year — Mick's arch-nemesis and Collingwood superman, Fergberg, jumped on the phone for a chat. We also unpacked all the big footy stories from the weekend, including the Suns’ big win over the Pies, Andy Brayshaw’s post-game interview with blood streaming down his face, the Essendon-Richmond snoozefest, and plenty more.
Enjoy!

Yes fam this week on Dyl & Friends I'm joined by Fergus Watts.
Ferg is a former AFL player, founder of Bastion (one of the largest independent marketing agencies in the country), and now Chairman of Reach.
After a high-pressure start in footy (top draft pick, club moves, and big expectations) injury forced Ferg to walk away earlier than expected. What came next was serious personal growth and building one of the biggest independent agencies in the country from scratch.
Ferg built Bastion from the ground up into a hugely successful business. Today, he shares his top 3 tips for leadership, culture, and building something that actually lasts. We spoke about failing fast, managing ego, understanding KPIs, and knowing the people around you, but also the importance of knowing yourself.
Now as Chairman of Reach, Fergus is focused on the next generation; helping young people build emotional resilience in a world of rising money stress, social media pressure, and uncertainty. He shares a powerful full-circle moment, going from seeing Jim Stynes speak at school to now leading the organisation that once inspired him.
This is a ripping chat for anyone interested in business, improving yourself, working on values & understanding parenting. Can't thank Ferg enough for his time today!! Hope you love this one xx

Another big ep today, and we were lucky enough to be joined by West Coast Eagles premiership player and pick #5 in the 2025 Carlton Draft, Will Schofield! Will fit into the show seamlessly as we previewed all of the round 18 action and even convinced him to make a few phone calls. Brett was back with his power rankings, Mick had a big finals prediction and Dyl had an even bigger coldsore.
Enjoy!

Yessss Faffers welcome back to another week!
We covered plenty of ground in this ep, with highlights including Dyl's analysis of Collingwood and Carlton's lists, Sam Lalor's singing, Brett's fireplace usage, Mack's slow dancing with Mabior Chol and more! We also uncovered the biggest question in footy from the weekend... who wears #4 at the Eagles next year?!
Enjoy!

Yessss big, big footy fans this week we have two of the most well-known journos in the game; Sam McClure and Mitch Cleary!
They're back for our annual catch up and we’re diving deep into everything going on in the AFL right now (there's a LOT).
We chat about whether Bont stays, the continuous Carlton dilemma, trade opportunities with Zak Butters, Luke Jackson, Kozzie Pickett and plenty more. We also unpack how clubs are managing list builds, relationships between players and journos, and the sometimes blurry line between facts and favours.
To end the chat, Sam and Mitch dig into how they back themselves on stories, how often they’re played by player managers, and what it takes to survive in the AFL media cycle (and of course, Dyl goes full footy nuff).
Always a pleasure having the boys on & can't thank them enough for their time. Enjoy xx

Yesssss welcome back Faffers!
We were lucky enough to be joined by former Magpie, Dog and all round good bloke Travis Cloke following his game for Heathmere as part of the 2025 Carlton Draft.
Brett, Dyl & Mick went along for the ride as we reflected on Travis' career which included the 2010 premiership and a best and fairest award as a 19-year-old back in 2007! In between all of this, we still looked ahead to another big weekend of footy and Dyl still inserted himself in way too many stories.
Enjoy!
