Today we sit down with Chuck Katis, founder of Bodbx which is the personal and portable solution to world-class training. Chuck also is an accomplished swimmer, having set an American Record, earned multiple All American honors and becoming a National Champion all while competing for the Cal Bears. Chuck always had a passion for more than athletics, having interests in both robotics and magic. He ultimately knew he wanted to bring those passions to life with the creation of Bodbx, a personal robot that meets all of your world-class training needs. I’ve personally been closely following Chuck’s journey over the years, we’re from the same area and I’m always fascinated by anything having to do with biohacking.
We dive into the tech behind bodbx today, why Chuck created it, and what he’s learned along the way of building a tech start up from the ground up to launch. Let’s get into it!

Today I want to dive into the role that feedback plays in helping us as humans get into flow.
Think of your best performances in your life, they could be at work, in the competition setting, it doesn’t matter. I guarantee one of the factors that was present was the rate at which you were getting feedback was nearly immediate.
Feedback, internally or externally, drives our flow.

Today I sit down with Ryan, a CEO, author, speaker, financial advisor, and financial coach, who works with professional teams and athletic departments to help provide a financial education that most collegiate and professional athletes never receive. In athletics, fundamentals are critical to success on the field. Ryan adds a competitive advantage to the programs he works with by teaching financial fundamentals and translating key financial lessons into the language of sports and helping them identify their behavioral preferences so they can maximize their potential.

Today I sit down with Adrian Ellison, Founder of the Alpas Project. She hosts conscious retreats and self healing and empowering workshops and her work is profound in helping individuals heal their shadows, find authentic confidence and experience radical self expression.
Adrian's work is rooted in helping hundreds of thousands with inner child work, cord cutting, repairing subconscious patterns such as self sabotage, social programming, dysfunctional relationships, addiction loops, and other physical and mental health challenges that keep us from living out our unique expression. This conversation is a little different than our typical ones on the show and I loved it for that. We dive right into some very deep topics centered around healing and expression of who we are. I’d encourage you to share this episode with a friend, or loved one to further spark a deeper conversation with them. Deep conversation is one of the many ways we can feel more flow.

Today I want to discuss how high consequences can be used for us to thrive and have a high flow, rather than fall victim to the pressure it brings.
