Welcome to another Mindful Monday solo jam sesh and where we explore with you how we can use your life playbook, the rules and routines in your life, to help you get into more flow everyday.
I think one of the things I missed the most when swimming ended was having a clear governing rule in place that applied to every situation I was in. From the moment I started taking the sport seriously in 6th grade until I graduated college, I was able to look at every situation through the lens of “how will this effect my performance in the pool?” The one rule of all rules I had for myself was always make the decision that meant I’d get better as a swimmer.
How do we re-create that rule book for beyond sport? That's what we dive into on the later half of today's episode.
