How do you break your own glass ceiling?

We have all felt like an imposter at some point in our career. What of we have a million dollar business looking us in the eye but we just could not see it?

Today’s Powerful Stories guest is my friend Jamie Hess who is a TV personality and co-creator of the popular Instagram account, @NYCfitfam with her husband George. She is an ex-PR who was at the top of her game in NYC who built relationships with others based on storytelling and authenticity.  She was burnt out and had a secret that she did not share with others and at a crossroad in her life decided to make a change in her life and embraced the wellness industry to get ‘well again’. 

Jamie contributes on-air wellness advice and lifestyle tips to hundreds of shows including, Dr. Oz, TODAY, Good Morning America, and more. She is the face of zuda activewear on QVC , and co-host of Off the Gram podcast which we recently appeared on and the creator of a breakthrough weight loss program called the Big Ask coaching hundreds of women each year towards achieving their goals.
