With the release of the long-awaited Friends Reunion, we reflect on the role TV, and specifically Friends, played in the early days of our relationship and how it continues to provide an escape for us.

We’re sure many of our listeners spent many of their formative adult years parked in front of the TV watching the hit show Friends. For us then, in the early days of our relationship, and to this day, it brought us such joy; a reason to gather and connect, and when things were tough, a guaranteed laugh for a brief escape. With the cast now in grey hair and gathering for one last time, we reflected on how vital a role Friends and other shows played in our life, and how we could use shows like it to track memories across our lifetime.
