As a follow up to episode 122, we're bringing Matthew Kane back on the show for an update on his second year as a Realtor. In his first Massive Agent Podcast appearance in April 2020 (episode 122), Matthew Kane laid out exactly what he did to sell 40 homes in his very first year as a Realtor.

Now he's on track to sell 80 homes in his 2nd year as a real estate agent, and he explained his entire business model.
