Liverpool City Council Fostering Service is the Local Authority fostering service responsible for over 1,500 looked after children in Liverpool.  Their priority is the welfare of our children and young people.  They are not-for-profit and as much as possible they use their own foster carers to look after children so they can support them in their local communities.
