In todays episode we have Adrian Hernandez from Southern California. He is an agent, wholesaler, real estate investor and serial entrepreneur.  He had a successful career as just an agent and went on to become the #1 agent at his office when he was first getting started. He later opened up his own brokerage company in souther California. He began getting into flipping at the age of 25 and in 2019 he started a wholesaling and flipping business that did $1,000,000 in his first year. Adrian goes over how beginners can get started, what type of marketing he does, and the kind of lists he goes after to succeed in this business.
