When it comes to healing and overcoming any challenge, your self-image plays a crucial role in shaping your beliefs and behaviors. And your success.  Your limits are ultimately defined by your own unconscious beliefs.

In this episode of the podcast I talk about how important it is to adopt what I call the “Athlete Mindset.”  When you view yourself from the perspective of an Athlete, the “why” behind your goals completely changes.

I know, I know.  You’re thinking: Sherry, I can never see myself as an Athlete.  An Athlete is someone who is really good at their sport, and plays professionally.
