He started with flipping houses and that didn’t go as planned but later transitioned into wholesaling houses. He made a similar mistake Ryan Pineda did and over leveraged capital that was supposed to be for paying contractors. His strong skills in sales allowed him to transition and succeed in wholesaling quickly. A pivotal point in his life was paying taxes he owed or hiring a real estate mentor.
