Last weekend, torrential rains in the Texas Hill Country triggered catastrophic flash floods—especially along the Guadalupe River and at the historic Camp Mystic summer camp. The devastation has been heartbreaking: dozens of confirmed deaths, many still missing, and entire communities swept away in a matter of minutes.
