In this episode, I speak with my client Gary Blad about his first competition experience.  I'm super proud of Gary for this one!  He did an awesome job at the show, we both learned a ton along the way, and he brought an awesome degree of conditioning to the table.  He never once complained about the work he had to put in and he was rewarded for it!  I had a blast talking with him and getting his perspective on the whole process!
