It is all part of the human experience.  

    Your abilities and your gifts are part of your essence.  What is Clairsentience and how do you identify with it .   We also discuss learning to release other people's energy when we take it in. As well as learning to work with your gifts and setting boundaries. Other topics include how do you protect your energy ? Ways in which you can protect your energy  including setting up your energy space everyday.  One example includes in the morning going into a meditative state and using visualisation of grounding your roots. You can then call for your angels, spirit guides , and loved ones that have crossed over.    Imagine a dome or pyramid of protection around you . Whatever shape you feel resonates with you . Being aware is so important of your energy field of what you are taking in.  Another visualisation that can be done is with a blue blanket you imagine a blue blanket of protection that nothing can go in.

       We can go on to touch on the importance of listening to your body and following your instinct. Establishing a relationship with your body as well as developing a trust with your body when tapping into your psychic abilities.  One of the ways you may strengthen your connection is by tarot.  If you feel pulled to practice a modality , stay curious this could be energy work such as reiki, yoga or dance anything that is going to ground you and bring you back into your body . Trust where your body is leading you to .  We then touch on trauma , allowing emotions to surface and reflect why am i feeling this.
