Meat tenderness is an art form based in a lot of science. Richard Fergola, of Fergolicious BBQ, has a knack for sharing the art & science of barbecue. His expert knowledge is backed by numerous awards within the KCBS competition circuit as well as appearances on television shows like Destination America’s "BBQ Pitmasters" and Food Network’s "Chopped Grillmasters." In addition to cooking award-winning barbecue, he is also a KCBS Master Certified BBQ Judge. It all came together in November of 2021 when Richard won the KCBS Invitational World Championship in Shawnee, OK.
