In his 40s, he had sleep apnea and was pre-diabetic. Once he saw some friends have heart attacks, he realized something needed to change. He started with the Beach Body DIet. He had to buy all types of crap. It's a mult-level diet scam. You can become a COACH and they make money off of you. At the same time, he became raw vegan. After 6 months, it started to feel bad. He was ALWAYS hungry. He did lose some weight, though. He wanted muscle. On this diet, after he lost some weight, he added grains back in and upped protein shakes to try and get muscle. All his calories were synthetic - coming from junk. Bryant had no energy doing this. He'd have to take pre-workout just to have any energy.
