In today's episode I share a quick tip on how triggers can be a good thing. When you are emotionally triggered by someone or something, that trigger is here to help you grow and get what you ask for. I call these things reflections. People and situations around you are literally mirroring how you are thinking, acting, and feeling about yourself.
Whenever we desire to create more, the shit within us will try to be exposed. They will be exposed within reflections by things mirroring back to you. You can begin to notice this as triggers arise. When we take a moment to think, What can this trigger teach me? We can quickly learn about the things blocking us from getting the things that we want. Through going back to the original story that caused the trigger, this can help us heal the stories that hold us back.
When we pay attention to triggers, we are able to heal limiting beliefs within ourselves. We are so capable of unlocking our desires, it just takes a bit of self discovery exploring of ourselves and triggers. Remember, you are capable of so much. It's time for you to start living the life to your truest desires!
