Coach Christy Schwarzlose is a certified personal trainer with certifications from ACE, ISSA, PROPTA., and PN 1 Nutrition. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Texas Health Science Center. At age 45, she decided to compete in her first bikini competition and how she accomplished her goal of stepping on a National stage by the age of 50.
