It’s no secret we love prestige brands, like a fancy serum or decadent créme, but we also believe good skin care doesn’t mean spending hundreds of dollars. Our personal philosophy is you should only buy what you need. If something is working for you, keep doing it! You don’t need every product you see posted about on instagram, websites, and yes, even Gloss Angeles. It's a beauty editor kiki! Zoë Foster Blake is one of Australia’s most celebrated beauty experts. But before she became a beauty brand founder, she was just like us — a beauty editor! Zoe was the beauty director of Cosmopolitan and Harper’s BAZAAR Australia. The most hush-hush treatment in Hollywood are thread lifts, which are being tauted as an alternative to face lifts. If you're not in the market for a face lift, we get it — this treatment is being used for a lot more than that. You may have heard about them through Goop herself, Gwyneth Paltrow. Thread lifts use dissolvable sutures to lift the skin in the face and body; after a few months to a year, they disappear and are replaced with collagen. JVN!!! Can you believe? This week we have Jonathan Van Ness on the show. The lil baby angel cherub and Clean Beauty Ambassador for Biossance was gracious enough to answer all of your hair questions, offer advice on how to shop to clean beauty, discuss how he manages his psoriasis, and give some truly useful insight into the self-care movement and how to truly take care of yourself.
