What's the real truth about this issue? Today I'll talk about just that from the evidence based perspective of a functional nutritionist. I'll talk about the reasons why this conversation seems so black and white online (and a little of the content creator perspective) and then I'll discuss the reasons why it might help or harm and help you figure out whether this is something you need to do for yourself.
