Taiwan Chocolatier Bags Gold Medals at International Contest
It's the sweet taste of victory!
A Taiwan chocolatier has won many prizes at an international competition.
Queenie Wu took part in the International Chocolate Awards World Final earlier this month.
The competition (比賽) was held in Florence, Italy.
Judges tried to find the best chocolate in the world.
Everyone in the final had won competitions in their country.
Wu was invited to the final after winning silver and bronze in the Asia-Pacific regional contest.
And she did very well at the final in Italy.
Queenie won three gold medals, two silvers, one bronze, and six special prizes!
Many of the chocolates she made for the competition had flower flavors or fruit puree (果泥).
One of her gold-winning chocolates was called "Comfort chocolate bar - Jasmine & Strawberry".
Queenie says using fresh fruit for her chocolates was very challenging.
She says most of the time, frozen puree is used to make fruit jelly in chocolates.
And every fruit has different amounts of fiber, water, and sugar.
It took her a year to find the best way to use fresh fruit.
This is the third year in a row that Queenie has won gold at the world finals.
She said she chose to use flowers in her chocolates to show the power of women.
Queenie says many chocolate-makers are men, and she wants to be a voice for women.
She hopes her success can encourage other women to get into the chocolate business.

The Rarest Lobster in the World
Bowie the lobster is all kinds of rare.
In fact, many say Bowie is the rarest lobster in the world!
Bowie is a split-color lobster.
Half of its body, from head to tail is blue.
And the other half is red.
AND…
Bowie is also half-male, and half-female!
The blue side is male, and the red side is female.
How does that even happen?!
Well, Bowie was caught by a fisherman in the US.
The fisherman noticed right away that the lobster was two different colors.
And his friend shared many videos about the lobster on social media.
People online suggested that the lobster be named Bowie, after pop star David Bowie.
Other names were also suggested, like "Two-Face", "50 Percent" and "Lobstery McLobsterface".
Soon, Bowie became internet famous!
But how rare is a lobster like Bowie?
American lobsters can be blue, green, brown, orange, and red.
Their color is determined by (取決於) their genes and the food they eat.
But most of the time, their body is just one color.
Experts say 1 out of 50 million lobsters may be bicolored.
Scientists say this is because of mutations (突變) that happen before the lobster is born.
And they say many bicolored lobsters are both male and female.
BUT, scientists say that if Bowie were to be cooked…
It would turn red, just like any other lobster.
So what's next for Bowie?
It is being kept as a pet for now.
It may be hard for Bowie to survive in the wild, because it looks so different from other lobsters.
And its owner wants to find out if Bowie can lay eggs.
