Zero viz, not super hot

Felt Rib cage, vict wedged under bed.

Unable to isolate the room due to no door.

Vict was slippery, called for extra help

Passed victim out the window to the Captain on the ladder.

Stuff got hung on ladder (her shirt, TIC lanyard).

* 530A, house fire with multiple entrapments.

* Converted attic with ladder to it (smoke showing)

* Stretched a line, while searching

* No smoke of heat inside.

* Narrow stairs to attic (fire at ceiling)

* Fire knocked down with 50 gal of water,

* As hose got pushed up, helmet and hood got knocked off, Dale bailed from attic and back step went up while he fixed his PPE.

* Portable radio never got turned on.

* Crib, lots of stuffed animals, checked again and found a baby.

* Truck crew brought the second child out.

* Both kids passed away from burns and smoke.

Victim on side near futon, no clothes, couldn’t grab legs due to clutter-Arm drag far enough to have second FF grab legs, moved him down the stairs

Victim was close to fire, Slippery 10-12’ to exit
