How strong are your mindset and willpower?

Right now we’re on day 3 of the 72 hour fast portion of my 21 Day Gut Health Reset Challenge, and many of you who are participating may be having a hard time keeping a positive mindset.

I’m here to tell you that this is normal, but remember, there is a difference between being uncomfortable and being unwell.

When we are uncomfortable, we give ourselves the most opportunities for growth.

It takes roughly 72 hours for our gut to heal, so these feelings of discomfort are not only short-lived, they are so small compared to the benefits we get - feeling energetic, healthy, healed, and in tune with our bodies.
