038: Hi listeners. This week I am back with Part 2 of my habit series based on the book, Atomic Habits by James Clear. How do we make habits? A lot of the time, self control is not your biggest issue.
I also want to emphasize, habits are not about accomplishing a goal they’re about who you are becoming. Your identify influences your habits; identity is who you believe yourself to be.
Simple decide who you want to be and prove it to yourself with small wins. I will practice said behavior at this time in that location.
