Well, if there's one person who knows how to weed out misconceptions in this world we live in, it's old mate Bobby Cappuccio! Currently diving deep into Carol Dweck's book Mindset, we are unpacking some of the ideas and perspectives that are covered and hopefully giving everyone some clarity around what we may assume is or isn't a growth vs fixed mindset.
Some of the questions we discuss are: When is 'doing the work' and being tenacious just pushing shit up a hill? How do we know when to quit or how to use our mental acuity to assess what is working and how we need to adapt and grow to move forward. What other attributes need our attention outside of the technical skill of our craft?
