And I know a lot of people burn the ships and they jump in full time onto their business, which more often than not is probably a good idea, but he had the insight to go back to his employer and offer different terms of maintaining his employment that met his standards on his own terms and was able to salvage that relationship, maintain this income there while he's growing his portfolio.
