On this episode of the future flipper podcast we had Jason Griggs who owns over 30 airbnbs. Jason Griggs has been investing in real estate for 7 years now. Jason was a kindergarten teach prior to getting into real estate. He bought his first renal in 2016 for $250,000 and after his first few units he decided to get into short term rentals. He has a handful of airbnb’s in Henderson Nevada which is the city next to Vegas. If you didn’t know, short term rentals are not allowed in Vegas so many people like Jason resort to getting them in Henderson. Henderson has a set of rules as well but they still make it possible to have short term rentals. Jason goes into how to get started with short term rentals, how he also has mid term rentals that he rents to corporate companies.
