On today’s HEALING 101, I am joined by psychotherapist Sarah Dosanjh. After struggling with binge eating disorder and bulimia for more than a decade she has gone on to specialise in helping others recover from binge eating. In 2020, she self published her book I Can’t Stop Eating, which reached the Amazon bestseller’s list. Sarah has now made it her mission to raise awareness of binge eating and help her clients develop a sense of self trust around food again.
