We talked with Emilee Krupa from Koru Wellness for an inspiring, fun, and really informative conversation.

We touched on assisted ketamine therapy, alternative psychedelics, and other treatments that are opening doors for people searching for hope - including Frankie’s wife, who’s living with early onset Parkinson’s. Emilee also shared her personal journey battling breast cancer, and we talked about the importance of guarding your mind and nervous system by limiting negative content.

Beyond the personal stories, we highlighted the upcoming Pink Paddle Rally at The Picklr in Lehi on October 18th (12–4 pm). This special pickleball event benefits Project Koru, a community of young adult cancer survivors who support one another as they face life beyond cancer.
