For so long I thought setting boundaries was inherently unloving and unchristian like. I felt like it separated me and that I had the wrong intentions and doing it. I feel like a lot of us have been taught that setting boundaries is a negative thing and to keep people out but what I’ve learned is that it’s less about cutting people and things out and more about keeping ourself IN.
In this episode week cover setting healthy boundaries, learning the effects of not having boundary set, and embracing setting healthy boundaries for our lives!
