Today we are chatting all things health, nutrition and conscious living with the creator and host of the Plant Proof Podcast, Simon Hill.

Starting his career fresh out of university in 2008, Simon worked as a physiotherapist in Melbourne with the AFL and VFL treating athletes, before he became curious about how nutrition was playing a role in nourishing their bodies and preventing disease. This new-found passion kickstarted an incredibly successful journey for Simon, who is now a qualified nutritionist, host of one of the country’s top rating health podcast shows, Plant Proof, published author of ‘The Proof is in the Plant’ and if that’s not enough his restaurant, Edeen Bondi is serving us plant based goodness with a menu that includes food, wine and cocktails.
