This week I am joined by, Katie Arnold. She is an 200hr vinyasa and restorative-based yoga and meditation instructor, breathwork and journaling coach, and yoga therapist in training. She helps people reconnect with themselves and stress less through movement and mindfulness practices. We dive into almost all of these components but mostly narrow in on journaling and meditation practices.
Journaling offers an simply pathway to delve deeper into oneself, bypassing the conscious mind and revealing experiences we are attempting to move past. It blends well with other practices—be it therapy, meditation, yoga, or self-care rituals—contributing towards your healing
Journaling is a FREE tool that encourages self-expression and fosters creativity, while also being therapeutic. It provides a safe space to articulate thoughts, feelings, and experiences withoutjudgment.
The act of writing in a journal allows you to confront thoughts and emotions or even see them with a new perspective. Katie offers a few tips that can help you get started in your healing journey today :)
If you feeling overwhelmed or not sure where to begin then I can almost guarentee that this episode will provide you some type of direction on how to slow down and connect.
